ArtDuoYou can delete your ArtDuo account yourself in the app, or ask us by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the app
- Open ArtDuo and sign in.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Answer the verification question and confirm.
Your account is removed straight away and server data is cleared within 30 days.
Delete by email
Email us from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We complete email requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Account details: name, email and the linked sign-in (Google, Apple or Facebook)
- Drawing progress and saved strokes
- Rooms you hosted, your strokes in shared rooms, and voice notes
- Friends, invites, coins, unlocked artworks and subscription records held by us
- Notification tokens for your devices
What is kept
- Anonymous, aggregated usage counts that cannot identify you
- Purchase records held by Google Play under its own policies
Before you delete: deleting your account does not cancel an ArtDuo Premium subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Subscriptions.
Drawings saved on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app.
